This song is straight out of a Coldplay deepcut, with all the instrumental and emotional tension you’d expect. It’s poetic, thought-provoking, and a beautiful medium to help you grow in your resilience and appreciate life’s journey, no matter where it takes you. I also really liked the sonic dynamics in this one that help the listener focus on the present moment.

I really loved the bigger message of this song being centered on having faith in Jesus, and the way biblical stories and lessons are woven throughout the lyrics (“It ain’t lost on me / how You set me free”). Sonically, the style is very pop-oriented with lots of bright vocals and bigger messages that will help you reflect and think about the deeper meaning of life. Bonus points for the tasteful trumpet in the chorus that adds a nice sonic texture without being cheesy.
