Can you describe "Traces" in three words?

pressing, sensual, hypnotic

What were the first and last parts of "Traces" to be written?

The sound was the first part to be written, the lyrics have come out from the impulse of the song vibes.
For us, music is a continuous change capable of generating transformations, often in our sessions we observe our way of life and put down in poetry or words the sensations coming out from the music session.

What’s your favorite lyric or production element of "Traces"?

Traces has a very articulate production which was the expression of an urgence, the is probably the beat that is underpinned by a heavy and fat bassline.

Did you learn anything new about yourself while creating this song?

We created this song during the first lockdown, in a moment in which we were floating, we were looking at ourselves, challenging our capacity to transform our vision through the music in a moment in which there was only the present time. Somehow something new happened. we came back to a kind of connection with reality by surrealism.

Is there a certain place that you feel the most creative in?

For sure we had to find a very deep energy when we had to remain home during the lockdown because for sure the place that we feel most creative in is travelling around..this is the most inspiring part of our creation: when we are in a foreign city, or on the road, in an airport or on a train, in a festival, on a lost road, the suggestions from the unexpected and being out of the usual surroundings gives oxigen to our creativity and emotions.

What was on your playlist as you worked on "Traces"?

Brian Eno - Massive attack

If you could transport listeners to the perfect location to hear "Traces" for the first time, what would that place be?

on a ship in the middle of the sea at night..

If you had to describe your music to someone who couldn’t hear, how would you describe it?

We would tell them that it is an elecronic emotional transfer.

What comes next for you?

we are dropping two new singles in the next month and at the beginning of the year we will release the album that is almost ready. We are also preparing the live in which we will present our work.
